These are custom, handmade-to-order items, so they take time to build. Current lead times are 1-4 weeks prior to shipment.

If you have any issues with your order, be sure to reach out. I am more than happy to issue replacements/rebuilds as necessary. But custom straps are non-refundable due to their unique nature.

Where possible, we opt to cover all international customs/duties costs on your behalf.
